How Do I Activate My Store?

To activate the store you must complete all the tasks in the list. Once all the tasks are complete the Activate button will turn bright pink and you can activate your store. Each item is listed below and you can find more information by following the link.

Create or Connect a Domain Name
Before setting up your merchant processor, you'll need to create a new domain or connect a custom domain you already have. Learn more Tap HERE.
Merchant Setup via Stripe Connect

Gather your business information and setup merchant services so you can get paid! You'll need your business information including EIN/SSN, business name, and a bank account for them to transfer the the collected payments. Learn more Tap HERE.

Add Store Listings

Get your product information ready: Product Name, Description, Pricing, Shipping Info, and optionally SKU, Specifications, GTIN, and more. Learn more Tap HERE.
Shipping Settings

Set up how to price products shipped to your customers. Learn more Tap HERE.
Support Information
If your customers have any questions, comments, or challenges, which email and/or telephone number they can use to contact you. Learn more Tap HERE.

Collect Sales Tax
After you have set up your Stripe merchant service account you can opt to use Stripe Tax, to automatically calculates and collects taxes on your transactions. Learn more Tap HERE.

How To Activate Your Store

You can activate the store by following the steps below.

Tap on the Store icon on the left side menu.
Select Manager.
Complete all tasks to enable the Activate button. (tap the Activate button)

If your store has Coming Soon as a place holder.

Follow the steps below to turn off Coming Soon.

Tap on the Store icon on the left side menu.
Select Store Settings.
Flip the toggle to OFF (grey) to disable the Coming Soon placeholder.
Click the Save button to apply the change.
