If you received this error when adding your custom domain, you will need to remove any A records that do not contain the information we provided you. There should be no more than (2) A records in your DNS, (1) A record for @ and (1) A record for www. Remove or disable any domain forwarding service. If you need assistance you will need to contact your domain provider (e.g. GoDaddy) directly. TurnCage cannot contact the domain provider for you, we do not have access to your private information.
