Is There A Thank You Page After A Customer Makes A Purchase?

Yes, after an item has been paid for your customers are redirected to a Thank You page that is in the theme and color palate of your website. You page will include the Support information you provided in the Store Settings. In addition we send a confirmation email to them with your company name, items purchased, price, link to download (if they purchased a digital product) and your logo is included if you uploaded your logo to the light background.

How to Change Your Customer Support


You can change your customer support information when you are logged in to your account.

  1. From the TurnCage Dashboard, tap store on the left side menu.
  2. Select Support Settings
  3. Add your support contact information.
    1. Enter your store support email.
    2. Enter your store support phone.
  4. Click the Save button after you have entered the information.
