How Do I Change My Account Email? (With Video)

You might have entered your email incorrectly when setting up your account or decided to use a different email address for logging in or receiving communications from TurnCage. Whatever your reason for changing your Account Email, we’ve made the process simple for you.

To change your account email go directly to the Account Info page, tap HERE.

How To Edit Your Account Email

You can change your Account Email when you are logged in to your account.

  1. From your TurnCage dashboard tap the Account icon (looks like a person)
  2. Select Account Information.


  1. Tap Edit Email in the upper right.


  1. Type the new email address you want to use for your account.

Note: The account email can be different from your public facing website contact email.

  1. Click the Update button

Alert: The email address will not change until it has been validated.


  1. Go to your email mailbox and tap the Validate Email Address button.
