How To add your Chatbot

Follow these steps to add your chatbot.


You can add your chatbot when you are logged in to your account.

  1. Tap the Settings icon on the left side menu of your TurnCage dashboard.
  2. Select Marketing and Analytics Tags.



  1. Click the dropdown to open
  2. Choose "Other"
  3. Tap the "Add" button


  1. Type the title you want (ie. chatbot).
  2. Paste the code
  3. Click the "Save" button

Your chatbot has been added. If you need to edit or remove this widget you can tap the edit or remove with the pencil or trash can icons.
