Can I Delete My Account?

Yes, if you decide that you no longer want your website to be hosted on the TurnCage platform, you have the option to delete your account. When you select this option, we will proceed with deleting your website, including any backups, as well as erasing all account-related information.


Alternatively, you can choose to downgrade your subscription instead. By doing so, we will retain your website information for a period of time before ultimately deleting your site. Standard subscribers will have access to all pages, and free accounts will have access to the home and about pages only. This allows you the ability to access and retrieve your data if needed.

How To Delete My Account


  1. From your TurnCage Dashboard, tap the Account (person icon) on the lower left side.
  2. Then select Subscription from the menu.


  1. Click Delete My Account at the bottom of the page.


  1. Toggle the acknowledgment for deleting your account.
  2. Confirm your decision and tap Delete Account.
