Yes, you can upgrade to a paid subscription and you will have access to the all the pages you had before you cancelled, unless you requested to have your website deleted.

If you let your TurnCage subscription expire or chose to cancel, you can log in and reactive. If you requested the account be deleted you will need to start from creating an account.
